Salt + Stone Studio requires a waiver agreement via our Booking System or in-studio declaring you are fit for our classes and acknowledge that your body and your injuries are your responsibility.
Please be mindful of your body during class and refrain from any movement that causes pain.

Our classes are appropriate for people of any age or fitness allowing any level from a beginner to a high level athlete to set their goals and work on individual needs with lots of options and variations given throughout the class.
Minimum age is 16 years old. If you are looking at classes for someone under this age. Please contact the studio to discuss.

With any form of exercise consistency is the key. In the beginning your body is learning a lot of new information and your mind and body connection is being established.
The optimal recommendation is 2-3 times per week. However, once a week on a very regular basis can also be beneficial combining it with other exercise.
Please note: Salt + Stone only allows you to attend 1 x class per day.

Classes have a 7 day rolling period.
No lock in period.
